Barre Course

The very first version of Barre fitness as we know it was created by a ballerina in London in 1959. Her name was Lotte Berk. Like Pilates, it was taken to NYC and from there grew and developed into a fitness phenomenon and genre of it’s very own.

What’s included:

  • In Person practical training in a luxury boutique barre studio.

  • Our certification, will focus on the fundamental execution of each exercise, the anatomy and biomechanics of each exercise, cueing, correcting and modifying, transitions and progressions and workout planning. Layered on top of this will be additional skills such and inclusive language training, classroom management skills and pre/post natal basics so that you leave the course feeling ready not just to pass your exam but to actually teach!

Total cost of the course is £2150.

£1750 Barre module.

£400 Human Movement module (required if you don’t have an existing Level 3 fitness qualification).
