Book a callWe love the Cadillac because it might look like a jungle gym but it’s actually one of the most supportive, versatile and fun pieces of equipment out there! The Cadillac really is such a key piece to the Pilates puzzle. It offers the ability to train upper body and improve grip strength without stepping foot in the gym. However, it also offers space for some of the best stretches and mobility work that might leave you feeling like an acrobat.

You must hold an existing Level 3 Mat or Reformer certification to book onto this course.
What’s Included
In-person practical training in a luxury boutique Pilates studio. Our certification will focus on the fundamental execution of each exercise along with the anatomy and biomechanics, how to cue, correct, modify and progress each exercise as well as how to programme and transition through the exercises. Layered on top of this will be additional skills such as inclusive language training, classroom management skills and pre/post natal basics so that you leave the course feeling industry ready!
Your manual and learning materials. Stay ahead of the curve with textbooks and learning materials that are refreshed monthly, so you’re always up to date with the latest Pilates trends and exercise science.
Anatomy training that’s thorough and comprehensive, yet easy to understand, delivered in a way that just makes sense!
An extensive video resource to help you review, revise, and master each exercise at your own pace.

The Road To Certification
Once your 4-day intensive course is complete, you will then put it all into practice by completing:

Observation hours
(observing other teachers using our online platform or by attending other teachers’ classes)
- 20
Personal study hours
(practising every exercise in the manual on your own body and understanding the exercises inside out)
- 25
Practice teaching hours
(planning & delivering 25 hours of practice classes)
These hours ensure that once you pass your exams, you are ‘industry-ready’ and can teach confidently and competently in studios. Our students are highly sought after in studios as they already have hands-on experience teaching clients and therefore you are more likely to get a job and pay back your initial training investment.
It is the responsibility of each student to organise and complete these hours and you will of course need access to a Cadillac/Tower to do this. Many of our students rent the studio at our training centre (£30 per hour) or their local studio and then charge their clients a small fee to cover the cost. This is a bargain for the clients and means that you don’t incur any further cost!
Exam
Once these hours are logged and you feel confident and competent with your teaching, you will be eligible to take your exams. We structure our courses to set you up for success in your exams.
The Practical Exam
You’ll programme and deliver a 45-minute class to demonstrate your ability to plan & deliver in a real life studio setting. We will then ask you to teach 5 exercises at random from the manual to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of the entire manual. You will need to source a client to teach, access to a Cadillac/Tower and this will be done with us over Zoom.
The exams are covered as part of the training price; there is no additional cost.
