Barre

The very first version of Barre fitness as we know it was created by a ballerina in London in 1959. Her name was Lotte Berk. Like Pilates, it was taken to NYC and from there grew and developed into a fitness phenomenon and genre of it’s very own.

Barre Teacher Training: Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced.

This isn’t just any Barre course - it’s the result of years spent teaching thousands of classes, fine-tuning what really works, and pouring all that experience into one beautifully designed training.

We’ve created a comprehensive programme that goes beyond choreography, giving you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to step into any studio and teach with flair.

You’ll explore where it all began, from the origins of Lotte Berk to how Barre evolved into the dynamic, high energy method we know today.

We’ll break down the differences between classical and contemporary styles, cover movement patterns both at the barre and on the floor, and teach you the signature exercises that give Barre its unique technique, principles, and unmistakable burn.

If you’re ready to become the kind of Barre teacher clients rave about - this is where it starts.
