A one-day in-person CPD at The Pilates Programme, Altrincham for qualified Pilates and Barre teachers from any provider. It covers current models of pain, language that helps, graded exposure in a Pilates setting and scope of practice, for £250 or two interest-free instalments. Returning students receive 10% off.

Yes. Every continuing education course, apparatus and CPD, can be paid in full or in two interest-free instalments. The manual, exams or assessment, and online platform access with a 6-week free trial are included in the price. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
