Bookings

Course places are booked through Arketa and confirmed by email. A place is held once payment, or the first instalment, is received.

Payment and instalments

Courses can be paid in full or by the interest-free instalment plan shown on the course page. Instalments are collected monthly from the card used at booking. All instalments must be paid before certification is issued.

Refunds and transfers

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cannot attend, email info@thepilatesprogramme.co.uk as early as possible and we will do what we can to help.

Discounts

Discounts cannot be combined unless stated. Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Proof of eligibility may be requested.

Certification

Certification is issued when all in-person days, practice hours and exams are complete. Exams are included in the course fee.

Conduct and safety

Tell us about injuries or health conditions before your course. We may ask for medical clearance. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk.

Jobs board

Listings are submitted by studios and reviewed before publishing. We do not verify every detail and are not party to any employment relationship. Report a listing to info@thepilatesprogramme.co.uk.
