What is the Prenatal and Postpartum CPD?
A one-day in-person CPD at The Pilates Programme, Altrincham for qualified Pilates and Barre teachers from any provider. It covers pregnancy anatomy, trimester modifications, postpartum return to movement and when to refer, for £250 or two interest-free instalments. Returning students receive 10% off.

Can I attend CPD if I trained elsewhere?
Yes. CPD days are open to qualified Pilates and Barre teachers from any provider.
Can I pay for CPD in instalments?
Yes. Every continuing education course, apparatus and CPD, can be paid in full or in two interest-free instalments. The manual, exams or assessment, and online platform access with a 6-week free trial are included in the price. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Is there a discount for past students?
Yes. Past graduates receive 10% off further training and CPD. Email us with the course you trained on and we will send your code.
